Smallbrook Queensway Buildings, Birmingham

The proposals will include new active frontages

Welcome to our consultation website

CEG has submitted plans for transformative redevelopment of Smallbrook Queensway Buildings in Birmingham.

The residential-led, mixed use development will reactivate a prominent site in the city centre, providing 1,750 high quality apartments spread over three separate buildings, with the ground floors providing a range of commercial uses including retail and food.

The proposed development will create extensive new public realm which will contribute to the greening of the city centre, a key aspiration of the City Council’s Our Future City Plan.

CEG submitted plans to Birmingham City Council in November 2022 and this website provides you with details of the proposals and a record of the consultation process.
